Will the scene be there? Sure. Will the scene be as strong? I don't think so. If the scene isn't strong enough to support this store and keep it alive, then how much longer can it keep itself going. Sure the love for the music will always be there. That isn't dependent on a business, but it would be a MAJOR asset gone. Man, we sound like Relative is going out of business! It's a backwards, messed-up world when Nickelback sells out the Hampton Coliseum and the Decemberists don't sell out the Norva. The whole Relative Theory philosophy (The Boot, the shows at RTR, the art, the record store, etc.) is just something that continually blows my mind. It's something that every city needs.
