Magical History Tour? “What is this?”, you’re asking. Relative Theory and Dogonit Inc., have teamed up and have planned an amazing exhibtion in our gallery, for July. Dogonit, has worked in the music industry since 1968. Either being a concert promoter, managing several record stores, A&R rep, journalist, photographer, Dogonit has compiled orginal concert posters from the Fillmore West (with matching ticket stubs, programs, etc) promo photos, fliers, and various other rock memorbilia from the sixties through current festivals and events, such as Bonnaroo and Coachella. Their collection is straight up amazing and we are honored to be displaying and planning this event.

The Magical History Tour, has several events planned thoughout the month of July. Starting on July 4, Dogonit, has booked movie screenings every Tuesday at The Granby Theater. Each screening will feature a different era of music and genre. We may make it a double feature, we might not, but take a look at the schedule.

July 4 - Monterey Pop Festival
July 11 - The Last Waltz
July 18 - Stop Making Sense
July 25 - Coachella

The coolest part of the screenings is that The Magical History Tour, will redecorate the entire theater with corresponding movie and music memorbilia. Actual movie posters for each film, programs, the whole nine.We have seen the stuff, it’s going to be tits!

At the record store, The Magical Hystery Tour will be displaying some of the most famous and well known posters from the sixties and seventies. We will also be showing films, on the 24th of July we will be Gimmie Shelter and on the 31st, both Bonnaroos - 2003 and 2004. Both showings are free.

July is going to be a great month for things to do. Start by coming out next Tuesday to see Refugee All Stars.
