Somewhere between the soft elegance of Sigur Ros, the ominousness of Mogwai and the mesmeric gaze of Slowdive - lies Mar.

A few Americans in Iceland, Mar, have an inherent ability to create lush and hypnotic soundscapes, full of hope and promise.
